Our Refresher course is designed for qualified drivers who may have a foreign licence, or otherwise wish to improve or update their skills.
If you wish to, for example, improve parking skills, or learn to handle a larger vehicle, this scheme may be for you. If you have mainly driven automatic cars, you can learn gears under this scheme.
Training is tailored very individually to the driver’s specific requirements. For example, we regularly help people who have developed certain ‘bad habits’, such as incessant speeding. It is all too easy to lose a driving licence nowadays with a few ill-considered speeding moments, and we retrain people to learn to recognise when they are most likely to speed, and therefore to stop it before it happens.
We will refresh your knowledge of the Highway Code and compare it to your previous knowledge. You may be surprised at how many new rules there are.
