Can't recommend enough! I was really nervous about starting to learn again (especially after failing my test a couple of years before) so was looking for an instructor who could help with my nerves. My instructor was very patient and kind, and really helped me understand where I needed to improve and how without making me dumb or silly. Really prioritised making me a good driver, rather than just prepping for a test. I passed my test second time (though first with them) after years where I had practically given up. I passed the first-time with my instructor, Louis who was very patient, reassuring and obviously knowledgeable with years and years of experience but what stood up for me is his excellent coaching approach. I felt calmer as I built up on my confidence to drive in different types of roads. I appreciate that we have a good rapport off the bat and we can exchange feedback to structure the lessons to my needs. I knew then I was in the best hands! The super clean and comfy Mercedes-Benz learner car and organized laminated photos of maps, and other references were just a bonus!
